"Switched policies to different vehicle Sept 29th.... broke down 2 miles from home today, October 12th... couldn't get the road side assistance that is on the policy. Why not? Because the under writers are behind on their job? Here's an idea ... If you can give me paperwork saying it's effective, and I have a policy, then honor it. Not by telling us to call a tow company and see if they'll bill you.. That's your job. If you can't keep up with policies and filing them, then stop accepting untill you're all caught up. Think that's a good idea..... were literally told to call Ward Eaton and see if they would and then bill state farm.... If they would.... that the 3rd party didn't have the info yet from them. It was a simple switch from one vehicle to another. But no, we weren't told that at all. Exact opposite actually. Soooo update.... We were informed that due to using roadsides assistance from state farm 6xs in 3 years we'll no longer have roadside inJanuary. Dating back to March of 21, 2 included going to and from the mechanic. If you don't use it, you still pay, if you do... They take it. State farm, you're a joke. That means If we have any accident and it does to and from mechanic, were over or lining. You folks are a joke... Steer clear from them. Literally."

"Terrible Service by John. One of his representatives sold my wife and I our first insurance policy when we bought a car. I asked for Full Coverage across all fronts, to cover us in case anything ever happened. 2 months after we bought the car, we were hit by someone going 60 mph. I found out when I called to file my claim that I only have full collision, not "Full Coverage", as I was missing many key elements in the "Catostrophic" category. When I brought this to John's attention, he emailed me and said, "I spoke to my representative, she confirmed she didnt offer you the extra coverage. 9 times out of 10 people turn it down. So we wont be able to help you at all." Very disappointing service by not only John Haddix, but also his office staff."
